1. How do I know if there’s mildew in my home?
   
   If you can see it, then it’s already too late. The mildew is then present in the air. An initial indication could be a musty odor. If you suspect mildew contamination, we offer a low-priced and simple test for airborne microbes.
   
   
2. There is a small spot of mildew in the corner of the room. Do I have to fumigate the whole room?
   
   Fumigation is necessary to remove the mildew spores and airborne microbes that have been spread throughout the room and are being inhaled! Our patented preventive fumigation is the only way to be sure that all noxious substances have been removed.
   
   
3. I had a pipe burst. Is mildew an automatic side-effect?
   
   That depends on the indoor temperature and ventilation. During winter, when rooms are less ventilated, the probability of mildew formation is very high.
   
   
4. Does mildew really endanger my family’s health?
   Yes. Mildew is much more dangerous to our health than most people realize! It can trigger migraines, allergies, tiredness, serious respiratory problems and even poisoning!
   
   
5. Why should mildew be treated preventively?
   Mildew can form, and be overlooked, especially in newly erected buildings where walls had not completely dried. Such a contamination is very persistent and can only be avoided by preventative fumigation.
   
   
6. How long after the fumigation does it take for my apartment/house to be mildew-free?
   The mildew becomes harmless after four to six hours. We do, however, recommend that the fumigation be repeated after a week to ensure even longer-lasting effectiveness.
   
   
7. Can I really leave the room just as it is for the fumigation? Can I leave electrical appliances in the room? Can I leave food in the kitchen?
   Yes. You can leave everything as it is. We do recommend that you put food away, however.
   
   
8. Why do I have to wait four to six hours to enter a room after fumigation?
   The purifying atomised spray should be given time to permeate every chink and corner of the room.
   
   
9. I’m pregnant. Is the fumigation dangerous to me?
   No reason to worry! After a large number of OECD studies and tests, our method has been certified as non-toxic.
   
   
10. We had a fire in our home. Can the Immubakt® Solutions help me with the odor caused by the fire?
    Of course! All unpleasant odors are removed automatically, including fire-induced odors!
    
    
11. I’m a chain smoker and am planning to sell my apartment. What can help me get the cigarette odor out?
    One fumigation is usually enough to remove all odors, bacteria and microbes.
    
    
12. I just moved into a new apartment and would like to be sure that the carpeting left by my predecessor is free of microbes (such as athlete’s foot fungi). Are you the right people to turn to?
    Exactly right. A preventative fumigation would quickly and economically remove all odors, bacteria and microbes in your new apartment.
    
    
13. At what point is mildew dangerous?
    A spot of mildew the size of a Euro coin gives off millions of spores. It is when these spores are inhaled that our health is placed in jeopardy. Allergic symptoms are the most prevalent reaction to mildew spores. Among other possible reactions are skin irritations, influenza-like symptoms, a feeling of exhaustion, dizziness and even severe cases of pneumonia.
    
    
14. This all sounds pretty expensive! How much would it cost?
    The procedure is much less expensive than you expect and depends, of course, on the scale of the problem.
